New researchers have to go through an intensive training program before they are allowed anywhere near a consumer.
Besides training we have several highly experienced researchers ready for the newbies. First jobs are always done with the trainer, until he or she is convinced that the newbie is ready to face the crowd.

Education policy
Training methods and polycies are very tightly maintained by the Synovate Censydiam Institute, orchestrated by its founder Jan Callebaut.
Together with a staff of 6 experienced consultants, Veronique, head of Institute, never stops taking the Censydiam model to new heights, refining the techniques to get in contact with consumers.
The SCI staff travels all over the world, to train, to maintain and to refine the research techniques until their accreditation, a formal recognition that Censydiam high quality standards are met.
For a researcher to get accredited, it requires an extensive amount of training. And even after accreditation, more training is needed to make it to senior researcher.
