Introduction
The Synovate Censydiam Institute is a dynamic body responsible for consolidating the methodology and techniques of Censydiam research from all over the world. The Institute shapes internal quality control for Censydiam's rapidly expanding business by ensuring that all Censydiam analysts work from the same knowledge base using the same methodologies.
Main functions of the Institute include:
Training of New Staff
The Censydiam Institute trains Synovate employees and supports then in aquiring a Censydiam accreditation, stating that they conduct research according to the Censydiam methodology and philosophy.
Multi-Experience Groups
Organising creative sessions with professionals, the Censydiam Institute wants to explore - together with clients - new ways to reach the consumer and to discover new markets.
Research methods:
Qualitative Diagnostic Research: aims at gaining insight into the behaviour and motivations of the consumer and into the meanings the consumer gives to products, brands, different forms of communication, and so on.
Quantitative Psychodynamic quantitative research: Quantitative primary research is an effective means of substantiating the insights and hypotheses of a qualitative study. Quantification allows these hypotheses to be translated into volumes, profiles, and mathematical contexts or structures.
